Privacy Policy

Pix Mystery · Effective August 2, 2026

Pix Mystery (“the App”) turns photos on your device into color-by-number pages. This policy explains what data is involved and what stays on your phone.

Photos and coloring data

Photos you import, generated coloring pages, paint progress, and related project files are stored on your device. Pix Mystery does not operate its own backend servers that receive or store your photos.

Optional Daily Secret may pick a mystery photo already in your library and build a coloring page locally. That photo, the generated page, and related preferences stay on your device unless you export or share them.

If you export, print, share a timelapse, or save media to your photo library, that content leaves the App through the system share / Photos flows you choose.

Sharing to TikTok

On iOS, the App may offer Publish to TikTok via TikTok Share Kit. If you use it, a process video may be saved to your photo library (when required by TikTok) and opened in the TikTok app so you can review and post under your TikTok account. We do not log you into TikTok, do not receive your TikTok password, and do not publish on your behalf without your confirmation in TikTok.

Content you choose to share with TikTok is then processed by TikTok under its own terms and privacy policy: TikTok Privacy Policy.

No account

The App does not require an account and does not provide cloud sync of your library in this version.

Purchases (Artist mode)

Optional subscriptions (Artist Weekly / Artist Yearly) are processed by Apple (App Store). We use RevenueCat to check entitlement status. Purchase receipts and subscription status may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat under their privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Advertising (Free tier)

On the free tier, the App may show interstitial ads through Yandex Mobile Ads and its advertising partners. They may collect device advertising identifiers and technical data to serve and measure ads, subject to your consent and platform settings.

On iOS, we may request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. You can decline tracking. The Yandex SDK receives a consent signal aligned with your ATT choice. Artist mode removes ads in the App.

Yandex processes data under its own privacy policy: Yandex Privacy Policy.

Permissions

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. Pix Mystery does not operate servers that store children’s personal information. Photos, projects, and Daily Secret data stay on the device and can be removed by clearing the library in Settings or uninstalling the App. Third-party services you interact with (for example Apple, RevenueCat, or ad partners) retain data under their own policies. Parents and guardians should supervise use where local law requires it.

Retention & deletion

Local projects and Daily Secret data remain until you delete them or clear library storage in Settings, or uninstall the App. Ad and purchase providers retain data according to their own policies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Effective” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
